JOYO JF-317 Space Verb Reverb Mini Guitar Effect Pedal

The rather wonderful JF-317 JOYO Space Verb is the first Reverb pedal from JOYO and it is set to impress. With the latest mini pedal from JOYO the Space Verb reverb effect gives you access to four classic reverb sounds:
ROOM / HALL / CHURCH / PLATE.

Each of the modes has been crafted to give you the truest representation of that space. The Space Verb is 100% loyal to your original tone and simply adds another dimension, giving you and your guitars sound more depth and inspired playability.

Probably the most versatile compact reverb pedal on the market, the SpaceVerb really does deliver. With four great reverb types this pedal gives you ultimate control of your reverb. Whether you prefer a short, subtle reverb or a long, lofty reverb the SpaceVerb has you covered. With four modes you can dial in the exact reverb you've always wanted.

The Plate reverb is a very accurate representation of the real thing, it may be a more subtle setting but it'll bring your guitar to life. The Room setting gives you the option to go from a 'small studio' type room to a larger room that gives you nice tails and lots of headroom. The Hall setting gives you a big reverb sound but gives you massive control over it so you can get the precise tone you want whether that's a big reverb with a quick decay or a subtle reverb with a long decay time. The Church setting is extremely detailed and has a great tone. With extremely realistic reflections and the capability to have a huge Reverb sound, you'll actually think you're in a church.

The SpaceVerb is quickly becoming a best seller, try one today and see why!

This Space Verb is a beauty! The tiny size of it leaves great for room on my board, the knob-guard is great for saving your position (not that I'd ever worry about bumping the knobs) the pedal has a nice weight to it, too!Four knobs, Decay (Room size), Mix (Blend), Tone (Frequency) four reverb settings on the last knob; Room, Hall, Plate & Church. I'm a huge fan of the Church / Hall sounds for those massive reverb sounds, I like to increase the decay and lower the mix to blend the huge sound with my original signal. Another handy feature is that when you turn it off it trails the reverb so it sounds more natural during play.I actually leave it on at all times instead of using my amp reverb as it is too subtle even at maximum volume, and I do love having the option to switch it off should I want or need to with certain sounds.I love the option of velcro/foam adhesive for the bottom. I went straight to velcro and it hasn't left my board since I got it.10/10 would recommend

I wasn't sure whether to buy a "big name" reverb pedal or a more budget friendly one so I bought both. In my honest opinion your stock room, hall etc settings are as good on this pedal as the one that cost almost 4 times as much. True, the expensive pedal has more settings and its stereo but I hardly ever used these features so I sent it back and kept the Joyo! If you want the fancy modulated stuff look elsewhere, but if all you want is a good sounding standard reverb you won't go wrong. Its not just good for the money its good full stop. The knobs can be a bit fiddly but its an affordable micro pedal with 4 different reverbs on it so there has to be a downside somewhere, but once you've found your sound just flip the guard down and your sorted.

Guide - How to power your guitar effects and pedal board
There are a number of ways to power your guitar effects and choosing which method you use can make a difference to your board. Making sure you have the right supply will ensure if they come on, prevent them from getting damaged, or become noisy.  BatteriesPedals are made of electronics, so the power you use ensures that they stay on when you need them. Whilst the 1st series, 2nd series of JOYO pedals and DrJ pedals all can be powered with a 9v battery, this is not the best option to power a board, it is primarily convenient. Your pedal board will only sound as good as your cheape..
What Guitar Effects should you use for David Gilmour - Pink Floyd tone
We are often asked what pedals you should use to create some of the tones of David Gilmour/Pink Floyd. As with any tone chasing request, I always try and break down the elements of the sound that you hear. Each track is different, different pedals are used in different parts and of course having Davids fingers and guitar skills certainly helped him achieve his own sound. I do not think any one pedal could achieve it, to create the tones of David Gilmour unless you go for a multieffects unit and spend some time dialling it in and experimenting. There are c..

What Battery should I use in my guitar effect pedal.
Many guitar effect pedals can be powered by a battery which can reduce the number of wires in your pedalboard and make it more convenient to travel around with. The JOYO guitar effect pedals in Series 1, series 2 and Dr.J pedals can all be powered by a battery for convenience and often cited as a reason for buying. There are downsides to using batteries over a steady decent power supply, you have no idea what power you have left, if you use the wrong type of battery you do not get a satisfactory performance, finally we have an environmental impact to consider.   ..
