When you've built up a collection of pedals, it can sometimes be frustrating to spend money on a bunch of connecting leads that can sometimes cost more than a pedal. It's the thing that holds all your tone together.. A distortion pedal will highlight any imperfections in a cheap lead, so to make the best of any sound, we recommend these Joyo Cables and Connectors. They are quality affordable guitar leads that won't break the bank.
Our cables are crafted with high quality PVC and pure copper conductors. PVC inner shields protect signal quality and guard against interference. Standard lengths of cables are engineered for reliable durable performance. We have 3.5mm, 6.3mm, XLR cables, male and female, Stereo and mono so everything for rigging up your MP3 player, extending your headphones and rigging out your pedalboard. There are a number of ways to power your guitar effects and choosing which method you use can make a difference to your board. Making sure you have the right supply will ensure if they come on, prevent them from getting damaged, or become noisy.
BatteriesPedals are made of electronics, so the power you use ensures that they stay on when you need them. Whilst the 1st series, 2nd series of JOYO pedals and DrJ pedals all can be powered with a 9v battery, this is not the best option to power a board, it is primarily convenient. We are often asked what pedals you should use to create some of the tones of David Gilmour/Pink Floyd. As with any tone chasing request, I always try and break down the elements of the sound that you hear. Each track is different, different pedals are used in different parts and of course having Davids fingers and guitar skills certainly helped him achieve his own sound.
