JOYO JF-312 Pipe Bomb Compressor Ironman Mini Guitar Effects Pedal

The JOYO JF-312 PipeBomb Compressor Mini Guitar Effects Pedal is an exceptional all round Compressor mini guitar effects pedal. The JF 312 mini compressor pedal is taken from the 3rd generation of JOYO pedals a result of 8 years of JOYO technology and expertise. Compact, versatile and with a metal housing will ensure this pedal fits easily onto any board . Flip the lid to keep your tones protected, the LEDs shine through when active. The PipeBomb compressor doesn't change your sound in any way and brings the tone forward with more attack.

"I found these little pedals perfect for a compressor. I tend to set my compressor and then leave it for the rest of the gig, so you can just tuck this little thing out of the way for the rest of the gig. Like it's big brother, it can be subtle, or open it up for some great squashy sustain. Combine it with some subtle overdrive and a pair of Humbuckers and you'll get some great feed back without having to use screaming distortion" Matt our UK product guru.

Had a JF-10 Dyna Compressor first, not bad but when I read about this pedal and the fact that it is a parallel compressor, allowing you to mix more of less of the original signal in, I was sold. Pretty much a leave on pedal, works really well with my single coil equipped guitars, but can still tighten up the sound of my Ibanez, especially cleanCombined with my JF-10 it gives a great clean slide sound, a la Lowell George

Guide - How to power your guitar effects and pedal board
There are a number of ways to power your guitar effects and choosing which method you use can make a difference to your board. Making sure you have the right supply will ensure if they come on, prevent them from getting damaged, or become noisy.  BatteriesPedals are made of electronics, so the power you use ensures that they stay on when you need them. Whilst the 1st series, 2nd series of JOYO pedals and DrJ pedals all can be powered with a 9v battery, this is not the best option to power a board, it is primarily convenient. Your pedal board will only sound as good as your cheape..
What Guitar Effects should you use for David Gilmour - Pink Floyd tone
We are often asked what pedals you should use to create some of the tones of David Gilmour/Pink Floyd. As with any tone chasing request, I always try and break down the elements of the sound that you hear. Each track is different, different pedals are used in different parts and of course having Davids fingers and guitar skills certainly helped him achieve his own sound. I do not think any one pedal could achieve it, to create the tones of David Gilmour unless you go for a multieffects unit and spend some time dialling it in and experimenting. There are c..

What Battery should I use in my guitar effect pedal.
Many guitar effect pedals can be powered by a battery which can reduce the number of wires in your pedalboard and make it more convenient to travel around with. The JOYO guitar effect pedals in Series 1, series 2 and Dr.J pedals can all be powered by a battery for convenience and often cited as a reason for buying. There are downsides to using batteries over a steady decent power supply, you have no idea what power you have left, if you use the wrong type of battery you do not get a satisfactory performance, finally we have an environmental impact to consider.   ..
