JOYO JF-307 Clean Glass Amp Sim Ironman Mini Guitar Effects Pedal

The Clean Glass Amp Simulator lets you re-create many of the crystal clear tones that the classic vintage amps from California are known for. But it can do more, it packs a nice dose of gain and can deliver amazing lead sounds as well. Whether you use it direct into a mixing console, audio interface or in front of your amp, the clean glass will make you tone sparkle.

The JOYO Ironman pedals are very compact, versatile and housed in a solid metal case, with no compromise on the huge tones crammed inside this tiny pedal.

Flip your lid to keep your preferred tones protected, activate TRUE Bypass and the LEDs shine through, a very nice touch. The Ironman mini guitar pedal range are all supplied with 3M Velcro and rubber pads for securing in place on your board.

This pedal will give you all the classic fender tones from silver face thru black face and on to tweed. Just use the voice control to set it where the tone takes your fancy. All the way to the left and you are in silver face territory, all the way to the right and it gets lovely and tweedy. the 12 'o' clock position gets you blackface.Once you have your tone flip the lid over and you are good to go every time. I have two of these, one clean and one crunchy. I have a wah and overdrive feeding into the clean which then cascades into the crunch. Fantastic tone which is then fed into a series of stereo pedals (sadly not JOYO) which then give me a left and right directly into the PA.Great tone and I don't have to lug my amp around any more, I have gigged with this set up many times and I always get complimented on my tone....

Clean glass.I bought this as i put my guitar through a boss bcb60 loaded with various Boss pedals through my Bose L1 PA.These joyo pedals are incredibly robust for their size and great if you are short on board space. Note they require a power supply. They dont take batteries. I only have two concerns really. It is not the quietest pedal in the world even at the end of the chain. Indeed i now have to engage a noise gate. Second to get sufficient clean volume is difficult. You have to engage some drive and voice to get sufficient volume which may compromise the tone you want if your looking for ultra clean scooped tones. Almost perfect. Almost.

Guide - How to power your guitar effects and pedal board
There are a number of ways to power your guitar effects and choosing which method you use can make a difference to your board. Making sure you have the right supply will ensure if they come on, prevent them from getting damaged, or become noisy.  BatteriesPedals are made of electronics, so the power you use ensures that they stay on when you need them. Whilst the 1st series, 2nd series of JOYO pedals and DrJ pedals all can be powered with a 9v battery, this is not the best option to power a board, it is primarily convenient. Your pedal board will only sound as good as your cheape..
What Guitar Effects should you use for David Gilmour - Pink Floyd tone
We are often asked what pedals you should use to create some of the tones of David Gilmour/Pink Floyd. As with any tone chasing request, I always try and break down the elements of the sound that you hear. Each track is different, different pedals are used in different parts and of course having Davids fingers and guitar skills certainly helped him achieve his own sound. I do not think any one pedal could achieve it, to create the tones of David Gilmour unless you go for a multieffects unit and spend some time dialling it in and experimenting. There are c..

What Battery should I use in my guitar effect pedal.
Many guitar effect pedals can be powered by a battery which can reduce the number of wires in your pedalboard and make it more convenient to travel around with. The JOYO guitar effect pedals in Series 1, series 2 and Dr.J pedals can all be powered by a battery for convenience and often cited as a reason for buying. There are downsides to using batteries over a steady decent power supply, you have no idea what power you have left, if you use the wrong type of battery you do not get a satisfactory performance, finally we have an environmental impact to consider.   ..
