JOYO UK 12 month Product Warranty

To register a product for warranty with JOYO Audio UK Ltd, the product must have been purchased from JOYO UK or one of the named JOYO Audio UK retailers. A full 12 month warranty is given excluding power supplies and batteries.

Please note that JOYO UK do not offer support, or provide warranties for any product that has been purchased outside of the UK.

In the circumstance where a product has been purchased from a retailer in Europe/USA please communicate your request directly with your retailer.

To register your UK product warranty with JOYO this can now be performed online.

• Register or log into your user area & complete the warranty details.

If you would like to return your product under the UK warranty please ensure that you have registered and completed both warranty & return forms in the JOYO account area.
